I created Wild Souls Rising to help women access our wild, instinctual Self -- the truth of who we are. My deepest hope is that women bring our untamed selves to our homes, communities, workplaces in service of creating the world we want to see.
believe
Conscious women will lead the the social,
economic, environmental, political, and systems changes we so desperately need in our world. But we can’t do that when we have gone to sleep within the relentless monotony of our modern lives.
It's time to wake up to the truth of who we are, and to take inspired action in the areas that are most important to us.
envision
An army of conscious, wild, instinctual leaders solving the wicked problems of the world through our intentional presence, humanity, clarity, and purposeful interaction within our chosen work.
My story
I grew up WILD in rural Alaska and currently live in Southern Spain. I spend most of my time creating, coaching, developing leaders, traveling with my husband and two little boys, and trying to find my own sense of balance and contribution.

In my work, I combine simplicity - and just the right amount of "woo" from my rural Alaskan roots - with leading thinking in leadership and personal development.

I've led personal, leadership and group development programming for nearly fifteen years, and in that time have worked with hundreds of women on developing their leadership and their Self.
I'm known amongst clients for creating accessible and safe programming sprinkled with a lot of humor, for being down to earth, and for striking a balance between the more external practice of traditional leadership development and the internal practices of developing the Self.

In my view, growth and development is sacred work -- and those who choose to lead it (like me!) bear a responsibility for having a positive impact on those who choose to work with us. I believe strongly in a commitment to my own continued education and deep work as part of being a responsible practitioner. Creating an environment and curriculum for you that is safe, intentional, compassionately challenging, informed by leading thinking, and playful where possible is foundational to everything I do.

You are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole -- and fully capable of creating what you want for yourself and confronting any challenge in your life. My role is to act as a guide by offering coaching, purposeful content, and a safe group space to discover your wild, instinctual nature
I'll put on my pant suit for this part
